*沙發運送採用貨運台灣全島服務，完成訂購後，根據運送地址做運費估價。

運送費用會因住宅有無電梯及樓層會有所調整。如有電梯請告知電梯之長、寬、高尺寸。透過聯繫安排運送日期與時段，將採買的家具運送到府，擺放到指定的房間與位置做定位服務。恕不提供既有家具之搬動服務。
*抱枕運送採用宅配服務方式，將於下單後的 7 個工作天內送達。
退換貨服務
抱枕/網購抱枕商品七天鑑賞期內無條件退換貨服務，無需負擔額外運費。訂製商品恕無退換貨服務。
七天鑑賞期後，如有正當理由仍可辦理退貨，運費需由顧客自行負擔，我們收到退貨商品後，於7天內將款項扣除運費後轉帳退款至您所留的銀行帳號。
